In the sections below, I have provided directions from all points with photographs to guide you along the way.

If you want to make an individualized map, use the Google map below and just type in the address you will be coming from in the search box below the map. (You must allow ActiveX controls if your browser asks so that the map will operate.)

The map will then show the location you are starting from. Click on the "directions" link in the bubble above the starting point.

A new page will open and Google will show you a customized map. To get written directions to the office, click on "get reverse directions" in the left column of the page.

Alternatively, in the search box you can type in "restaurant," or "Stop & Shop," or any other errand or activity you may need to do after the appointment and it will show the ones closest to my office. Click on the "scroll through results" arrows beneath the map and each of the results will be shown individually.

From Providence, take Route 195 East and drive 1.4 miles past the George Washington Bridge. You will come to Exit 7, toward Barrington. Take this exit. For an overview of the trip, click here.

This is now Route 114 South. Approximately 1.1 miles after taking this exit, you will come to the first exit on your right, shortly before an overpass. For an image of this leg of the trip, click here.

This is the Pawtucket Avenue exit. Take this exit to the end and take a right hand turn. For an image of the end of the trip, click here.

Immediately there will be a large, red brick office building on your right. This is the East Bay Medical Office Building. My office is in Suite 303.

From Barrington and points further south in East Bay, follow County Road through Barrington until it merges with Route 114 North. For an overview, click here.

Continue on Route 114 until you pass the Gate of Heaven Cemetery on your right. Take the very next exit, just before the Powerball billboard; it is for Pawtucket Avenue. Take a look here.

Drive about one-third of a mile and just as you pass back over Route 114 on the overpass you will see a large, red brick office building on your right. It looks like this. A large sign on the side of this building tells you that this is the East Bay Medical Office Building. On the third floor, my office is in Suite 303

From Seekonk/Swansea or further East, take I-195 West toward Providence. Take the Route 114A exit, this is Exit 1, toward Seekonk/Barrington, RI. See this exit here.

At the end of the exit there is a stop light where you will take a left turn on to Fall River Avenue. Follow this road until it ends (there will be a gas station on your right and a hotel in front of you). Take a peak here.

At this intersection, take a left turn and get into the right-hand lane. Just before the next stop light, you will bear right onto Mink Street, towards Barrington and Warren. It looks like this. Follow this for approximately 0.4 miles.

There will be a Mobil gas station on your right. Bear right onto Route 114 North. This is the turn. Shortly, you will come to the Gate of Heaven Cemetery on your right. Take the very next exit, just before the Powerball billboard; it is for Pawtucket Avenue. See it here.
